Bernard Fortin (January 17, 1957, Baie-Comeau, Québec, Canada) is an actor and composer, known for Cher Olivier (1997), La petite vie (1993) and Providence (2005).
He is the voice of Ned Flanders, Reverend Timothy Lovejoy and Chief Clancy Wiggum in the French Canadian version of "The Simpsons".
Was the voice of Hank Hill in the French Canadian version of "King of the Hill"
