Hamilton Ricardo (January 11, 1956 in São Paulo, SP, Brazil - August 10, 2015 in São Paulo, Brazil) was an actor, known for TV Colosso (1993), Les mille et une farces de Pif et Hercule (1993) and Na Forma da Lei (2010).
He dubbed Hoggle in Labirinto - A Magia do Tempo (Labyrinth). He also dubbed Sam the Eagle in The Muppets' Wizard of Oz , Oscar the Grouch in The Great Muppet Caper, and the El Sleezo waiter in The Muppet Movie.
Ricardo began his dubbing career with CHiPs, dubbing Larry Wilcox as Jon Baker. He went on to dub Tony Shalhoub on Monk, David Thewlis in the Harry Potter movies, Sam Waterston on Law & Order, Sean Pertwee on Gotham, Jeffrey DeMunn on The Walking Dead, Oliver Platt on Bored to Death, and Warwick Davis in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. Cartoon roles include Chum in Finding Nemo, General Skarr on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Orion and Dr. Destiny on Justice League, Dr. Kirk Langstrom on Batman: The Animated Series, and Roddy MacStew on Freakazoid.
Ricardo also voiced the puppet dog Paulo Paulada and others on the Brazilian children's series TV Colosso and appeared occasionally on telenovelas.
