Haruhiko Jō (壤晴彦 Jō Haruhiko, January 25, 1948, Kyoto, Japan) is a Japanese actor, theatre director and voice actor currently affiliated with Engekikurabu Za. He's known for voicing Scar in The Lion King, Hopper in A Bug's Life, Grigori Rasputin in Anastasia, Soto in Ice Age, Sa'luk in Aladdin and the King of Thieves, Captain Héctor Barbossa in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, Red in All Dogs Go to Heaven 2, Drake in The Pebble and the Penguin, Mr. Rzykruski in Frankenweenie, Forte in Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas, Clavius the Magic-Shaper in The Swan Princess: Escape From Castle Mountain, Supreme Leader Snoke in Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi, The Academy Teacher in The Little Prince (2015), Joe in Help! I'm a Fish, and the Podestà in Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio.
