Mario Filio (March 12, 1966, Mexico City, DF, Mexico) is a Mexican voice actor who has been heard in a variety of Muppet, Henson, or Creature Shop productions, most notably as Miss Piggy in The Muppets' Wizard of Oz. He also voiced Chelli in the Spanish dub of Big Bag, the Cat in the Hat on The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss, Arthur Dent in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, various speaking and singing roles on Sesame Street, and the dogcatcher in Good Boy!
Film dub assignments include Clive Owen in most of his films, Ewan MacGregor in the Star Wars films, Will Smith in Hitch, I, Robot, and I Am Legend, Warwick Davis in Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, and Oliver Platt in Casanova.
Filio's more prolific animation credits include Rabbit in several Winnie the Pooh projects, Goofy on House of Mouse and in other productions, King Julian in Madagascar, Bowler Hat Guy in Meet the Robinsons, Prince Phillip in the 2001 redub of Sleeping Beauty, Dr. Doppler in Treasure Planet, Anchor in Finding Nemo, George Sanderson in Monsters Inc., I.R. Babboon on Cow and Chicken, the chief dodo in Ice Age, and Bubi in the Mexican animated feature Una Película de Huevos.
