Patrick Guillemin was born on November 13, 1950 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France. He was an actor, known for Nestor Burma (1991), La pasión turca (1994) and Décode pas Bunny (1995). He died on August 21, 2011 in Lège-Cap Ferret, Gironde, France. He voiced Ned Flanders and many other characters in the French version of The Simpsons.
