Rachael Lillis (July 8, 1969, Niagara Falls, New York, USA - August 10, 2024, Los Angeles, California, USA) was an American actress and voice actress. She studied voice acting in Boston and New York City and appeared in various theater productions, animated series and independent films. She was originally based in New York City, but moved to Los Angeles in 2013.

Lillis's voice work can be heard in shows including Sonic X, Pokémon (seasons 1-8), Cubix, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Revolutionary Girl Utena. She also lent her voice to video games. She recorded several audio books including Diary of a Fairy Godmother, for which she performed the voices for about 25 characters. Her narration and character vocals can be heard in PBS programming as well, including Nova, American Masters and Sesame Street.

In May 2024, a GoFundMe campaign created by Lillis's sister announced that Lillis had developed breast cancer. Several of her fellow actors shared the campaign to help raise money for her care. The campaign raised $98,000 by the time she died, with the money going towards Lillis's remaining bills, a memorial service and cancer research. The cancer spread to her spine, which left her barely able to walk, and she eventually moved into a Los Angeles nursing home to receive care. Lillis died from the disease in Los Angeles, on August 10, 2024, at the age of 55.
