Scott McCulloch (born Ramsay Scott McCulloch in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada - September 24, 2000, Japan) was the original voice actor for Richter Belmont in the PlayStation version of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. He also appeared as the narrator in Castlevania (N64) and Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness. He was replaced as Richter by Liam O'Brien and David Vincent in later titles.
McCulloch was also known for voicing Chris Redfield in the original 1996 PlayStation version of Resident Evil.
