Sven Plate (August 1, 1966, Berlin, Germany) is an actor from Germany, known for Zeruda no densetsu: Buresu obu za wairudo (2017), Captain Future (1978) and Die Koblanks (1979). He's also known for dubbed Scooter in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie.
The high-pitched Plate was the German voice of Wil Wheaton on Star Trek: The Next Generation, as well as The Big Bang Theory and Powers. He also dubbed Kirk Cameron in later seasons of Growing Pains and various teens and youths on 21 Jump Street. In cartoons, he dubbed Bugs Bunny in later Looney Tunes projects (including Space Jam and Looney Tunes: Back in Action), Ken on Captain Future, Arthur on The Tick, Plucky Duck on Tiny Toon Adventures, and Map on Dora the Explorer.
